We recently completed an extensive home renovation project with Richard Speare as general contractor. The scope of the project included three floors of renovations and exterior work.
The original project was completed for the price quoted. Change order, which are inevitable, were priced fairly and documented in advance. He is honest and we trusted him completely. Richard Speare demonstrated patience and flexibility. He is clearly respected by his sub contractors, who in turn were skilled and professional.
